Before my existing PCP retire, she recommended Dr Jessica Ngo, so I called Her office and theInsurance to confirm they do accept new patient and since May 2024 she is my PCP Yet every time I tried to set an appointment I was told that she was busy and the only appointment I could get was for the first month of 2025. Now a week before my appointment I got a call that she doesnot accept new patients and canceled my appointment. To me this is highly unprofessional andunethical at best on her and her office.

Dr. Ngo went above and beyond to accommodate me. I know I used more than the allotted time for the appointment, but she never rushed me. She is incredibly thorough which makes me secure in my health care.

I s;pent over an hour filling out pre-appointment documentation. Then the doctor asked basically the same questions and recorded them. Why did I need to fill out all that information prior to the appointment, if the doctor was going to ask those questions (obviously, never reading the information I filled out prior to the appointment). This is NOT against the Doctor, she was very nice and organized!

Dr Ngo is the best primary care doctor I have had. She listens, is very thorough in questioning and researching your previous medical records and follows thru with repeat scheduling until issues are resolved.
