Very friendly and professional. Listens to all my concerns, and she explains the treatment plan in detail. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson to all.

Best for mental health
I have been a patient for a couple years now. Dr Nelson is attentive to you're needs and treats you like a friend. I have always felt comfortable telling her anything without any kind of judgment. If there's a recommendation for medication she will ask if you want to try it. I really appreciate that I like to know the symptoms and if it's worth the risk. Her staff is friendly and polite. Definitely would recommend

Absolute worst experience
Nicole is extremely disrespectful. They repeatedly told us it would take 5 months for an appointment for an existing patient. Refused to refill medicine for a patient all out of their psych meds. Didn’t answer the phone when we were stuck in traffic. Showed up on time at their old office so we called repeatedly. They answered 10 minutes after the appointment and informed us they had moved and the time had been missed. Then tried to reschedule in 2 months.Actively made mental health worse. This is why people are scared to take care of their mental health.

Very good listener. I felt really comfortable sharing with her about my history and symptoms. She reassured me that how I feel about the medication is priority and that I do have control. I highly recommend her!

She had my prior diagnosis from Dr. Patel. Explained to her what I was currently experiencing and she basically said "well I can put you on _________ medication , but its totally up to you". I thought I had gone to the Dr. for her professional opinion and medical recommendation, but apparently you just get to decide yourself on how to treat. Was very disappointed.
