I was treated very well throughout the course of the appointment. Dr was very helpful, and prompt in assisting with my concerns. Victoria as well as the employees at the front desk also were very nice, and quick to help me...WOULD NOT hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a GI doctor! Customer service is a plus!!!

Awful. She didn't listen to any of my concerns and the new medicine she switched me to was the most ineffective medicine I have ever received. It seems as though she truly cares in the beginning, but as time goes on, she treats you as if you're just a number.

Dr.Narváez was very attentive listening to my concerns and reviewing the details with me. She was very proactive in addressing my medical issues and set me up for diagnostic testing to establish a diagnosis or rule it out. She was very gentle and caring throughout the procedure. I’m looking forward to my follow up appointment with her to go over my results and new plan of care. Highly recommend this very professional yet very caring doctor.

Dr. Narváez-Lugo is caring, compassionate, and with excellent bedside manners. I have to admit it was a pleasant surprise when she extensively educated me about how my eating habits played a huge factor on my digestive health. She promoted healthy eating. It would have been easier for her to just write a prescription and leave the room, but she didn’t. It was hard to implement her diet recommendations as I had (as many of us) pretty unhealthy eating habits but IT WORKED! Highly recommend her!!

Rude, arrogant woman. What a shame that a person goes through years of study and training and ends up the kind of unprofessional, unkind person she is. Her receptionist was nice though.

Only went to one visit with Dr. Narvaez-Lugo. Her assistant took all my information and when the doctor came in, she seemed to know more about me than I did. She never examined me and told me that whatever I was doing in the past, was completely wrong and I was to stop all prescriptions (for GERD) immediately. Won't be going back.
