From our initial consultation until my last appointment before transitioning to an OB-GYN, Dr. Mann was supportive during our lengthy journey to get and stay pregnant. Dr. Mann listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and provided compassionate care throughout our time spent at her office. She understands each patient has a different path to pregnancy and is genuinely invested in getting to a successful outcome without sacrificing the health of the parents or baby.
We frequently interacted with her staff (Denise, Dawn, Casey, Meghan, and Keri), who were there for us during our highest highs and lowest lows. We are so appreciative of the support system provided during one of the most challenging times of our lives. We would return to Dr. Mann again for future pregnancies and would recommend her to anyone in need of a caring, compassionate doctor who can help couples successfully navigate fertility issues.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that Dr Mann and her staff show their patients. The fertility struggle is exhausting and can be devastating at times. Throughout a very long, emotional road to become parents, Dr Mann helped me and my husband to push on when we felt hopeless and wondered if our dream would ever come true. After a surgery and 6 failed IUI attempts (required by our insurance), we moved onto IVF and welcomed our baby boy in 2019. We proceeded with another IVF cycle in 2020 and will welcome our 2nd baby boy next week! Dr Mann was our miracle worker and we will be forever grateful for the support of her and her team.

From beginning to end the whole experience has been awful. They do not communicate at all. My wife constantly had to ask four or five times for her medicine regiment which was highly time sensitive, yet their responses took hours or even days. My wife had to speak to the on call night nurse multiple times for instruction on medicine because the office closes at 1 pm and doctors and staff are 100 unreachable. The first attempted embryo transfer was a failure, after words my wife requested tests on her uterus which showed a partial septum wall and polyps on her uterus, so a procedure was necessary to clean the uterine walls. Seems to me if they would have done these tests beforehand maybe we would not have wasted a precious embryo. Now for the second transfer: they implanted our female embryo when we specifically asked to implant our male embryo. The transfer was initially successful unfortunately we lost the baby after a few weeks to which the doctor said “sometimes this just happens, a

We were referred to have IUI or IAI done, however since our insurance didnt cover it, we decided not to go through the process. A few months later while doing taxes, we saw claims filed with our insurance for the procedures. Our insurance contacted the billing and were told we had been "referred". It is almost impossible to speak to our billing rep even after leaving multiple voicemails. BE PREPARED TO SEE CHARNGES FOR SERVICE YOU DIDNT RECEIVE. Still following up with my insurance and the billing department which has given my so much headache and so much of my time has been consumed.

We have known Dr. Mann both personally and professionally for almost a decade. We commuted from 1.5 hours away for all appointments, because there is no one else we would have trusted to care for us. Dr. Mann is intelligent, efficient, and provides personal care for all her patients. If you are looking for the type of success boasted by "big names" with a personal touch, Dr. Mann and the staff of JSM Fertility are who you want taking care of you.

Words cannot express how happy my husband and I are that we chose Dr. Mann's office to help us with our fertility issues. From the first day we were greeted with warm smiles and comforting words from Jess at the front desk to Denise and Bernice as part of the nursing staff. We were always given direct answers to all of our questions, treated with care, and felt like each and every person was rooting for us to get pregnant. When our baby is born and we are ready, we will be returning for #2.

She is very incompetent; recommended costly tests that were not appropriate, made poor clinical decisions and did not even took the time afterwards to call her patient to explain the results;
The nurses were great and took the time to talk;
Don't waste your money and energy with her;
As for me, when I was told by other specialists of all the wrong decisions making and useless tests ordered, it was too late;

I had been to a different RE prior to Dr. Mann. I chose her because she had good reviews and her office was close to where I live (which is super important when you're going through this!). Upon meeting her, my husband and I immediately felt like we were in good hands. From the information given to us to the family like atmosphere that developed over time, it was amazing. I'm currently pregnant and have Dr. Mann and her staff to thank for that!

After seeing 10 gynocologists over 10 years, my search for answers ended with Dr. Mann. She is friendly, compassionate, and trustworthy. I would recommend her to everyone. Out of the 14 fibroids i had in and on my uterus, she skillfully removed 11. My downtime was mimimal after surgery, and a year later i gave birth to a healthy baby girl.

Love her!! She is the best RE one can find. When the journey itself is tough, rough and ridden with bumps, tears and disappointments, to have someone like Dr. Jessica Mann walk with you, guide you, support you and work things out for you makes a world of a difference. Nothing in her method of working is cookie-cutter. She is always tweaking, changing and customizing treatment plans, approaches and options. The place feels like you are among family - the staff is wonderful, efficient and caring.
