Found Dr Kramer to be knowledgeable . Wasn’t warm and fuzzy but was professional . I generally liked Dr Kramer but I was so disappointed to find out from front desk staff that I would be following up with a new NP there since Dr Kramer would no longer be at that location. . I had just left Dr Kramer’s exam room and she never said a word to me . I found it disappointing that she said nothing to me and I felt so unimportant . I wish she had just told me herself . Very disappointed in her for that

If Jessica Kramer is formerly Jessica Cella, she was dismissive, insulting and not competent (and perhaps not interested) in treating thyroid comditions.
