Amazing
She had a med student that I was asked pre-visit, could be present. Every step of the way she made sure I was comfortable and kept it to me straight. Anytime her med student had an opportunity to do, she asked if I was comfortable with it and then followed up. Very gentle exam and talked to me while the exam happened. I had a few concerns that she addressed and even had a lab tech come to the office to do a blood draw to check. She will definitely be my go to for all future women's health visits for me. And her med student was great, which speaks a whole other volume to her as a provider.

Dr. Jessica Johns was not friendly, not helpful and told me she couldn't and would not help me then provided me with a referral to another doctor. What really surprised me was she did not even offer to conduct any testing which was in the scope of her role and reasonable to the medical condition I saw her about. When women come to an OB with sensitive topics and seeking help, it's within the scope of the doctor to have a level of sensitivity and care to provide . This was the worst experience with an OB I've ever had. I do not recommend this doctor and feel for the women who are under her care.
