I could not be happier with Dr. Hicks and the wonderful nursing staff at the Ottumwa wound clinic. They are up to date on the latest wound healing theory and helped me to heal a wound that I had been fighting for 6 months prior to seeking their help and they had it healed in slightly over a month. The front desk staff are wonderful and attentive to your scheduling needs and the nurses show a great level of care and compassion for their patients. With Dr. Hicks at the helm with her vast knowledge of the wound healing process and her flawless execution of modern, up to date wound healing therapy you can't go wrong with this team.

Dr Hicks and I, after coming to an understanding, have a fantastic dr/pt relationship. She has healed some of my wounds that nobody else has. She uses a combination of advance practices to something as simple as pure honey (which amazingly works...who knew!). She takes time to educate her patients and to answer any questions that we might have. I am very glad that she was referred to us and am so very thankful for everything that she has done for me and my amputations. Dr Hicks ROCKS!!!
