I have had a rash of and on for over a year on different parts of my body. Saw my dermatologist in IN who did a shave biopsy and it came back as non specific inflammatory rash. After moving to TX saw Ms Edwards. Of course, as often happens no rash at my visit. She told me to call the next time I had the rash and she would get me in for a punch biopsy. I broke out Monday night called on Tuesday and saw her Wednesday. She explained everything to me as she did the biopsy. Instructions for after care and follow up appointment very clear and information sheet provided.

She was very friendly. She took time to explain what and why she was doing a procedure. We were impressed with her professionalism.

Jessica makes me feel cared for and comfortable. I trust her judgement.

Jessica was very patient with my concerns and took time to look through my chart to read what had been done in the past that had been unsuccessful and quickly decided to run some new tests so we could come up with a new plan.
