Traumatic Experience, Unprofessional, Dangerous
I share the same experience as the other patient who left the one star review. I am familiar with the procedure Dr. Chun performed on me as I have received it in previous years. From my past experience, this procedure is NOT supposed to be painful. However, when Dr. Chun did it, it was the most excruciating pain I had ever felt. Additionally, she explicitly stated that the instrument used was not in good condition, yet she continued to use it on me. Afterwards when I developed an infection, she blamed it on me, claiming my symptoms were due to my age. This is not only an issue of unprofessionalism (given her extreme lack of accountability) but also a matter of patient safety. Patients deserve to be heard. Patients deserve safe care. Dr. Chun does not provide either of these.

Dr. Jessica Chun offered extremely poor communication about the procedure being performed. She gave no warning about the severe pain the procedure causes. Was a traumatic experience! When I questioned her about what happened, she hesitated and couldn't offer clear answers.
