Really, really liked Dr. Chan and the other doctor with her. They were both so kind and made me feel super comfortable

Dr. Jessica Chan is the best! She explains everything very clearly and is very supportive.

She was very helpful and patient.

Overall good experience with Dr. Chan, she had a friendly demeanor and explained all my options well as well as took the time to listen to me. However, we spoke for a while about my vaginismus and she seemed like she understood, but I was kind of surprised when she just shoved the ultrasound applicator into me (other providers would prep me first by carefully touching the external areas first but Dr Chan was just like "here we go."). It didn't hurt thankfully, but even a week or two ago I wouldn't have been prepared for that, so it would help to exercise some caution for next time.

I went to visit Dr Chan in regards to hormone issues. I was looking for HRT and read that it would help with issues such as weight gain, sleep issues, depression, etc. While Dr Chan seemed very knowledgeable and I was prescribed HRT (which ultimately I did not like), most of my visit was not covered by insurance and its overall proven costly. I found a more effective solution was changing my diet and exercise which changed my hormone balance significantly more than all the tests and medicine I paid for.

Dr Chan !!! What an incredible human being. I came in her office but was being treated with another physician. My doctor had missed a few appts with me so I started to see Dr Chan and requested to see her moving forward. Her care towards me and my needs, her bed manners, her recommendations and just her whole being is just so positive and upbeat. She had transferred with my first, and it was successful, that’s why I call her my lucky charm. Dr Chan did my retrieval and transfer and because of her I am now pregnant with my second. She is HIGHLY recommended !!!! I could not be happier with her. Dr Chan, if you are reading this… I LOVE you and Appreciate all that you do for your patients.

After being on this fertility/infertility roller coaster for 3 years, Dr. Chan was the first doctor that finally gave us some hope! Her compassionate, caring, and light hearted bed side manner has made this difficult process much more bearable. Her knowledge and demonstrated expertise has put us at ease and we know we are in very capable hands. We can't wait to continue this journey with her and we are very hopefully we'll have our own bundle of love very soon!
