Dr. Auffant is a great, very knowledgably, good bed side manners. Her staff on the other hand is a nightmare. I have never dealt with a more disorganized practice. My patient portal messages are not returned. I can never schedule an appointment with Dr. Auffant when needed. I have also been informed that Dr. Auffant will no longer be seeing patients at the office, just the hospital. After I complain to AdventHealth, I received probably a dozen of calls and voicemails, from different nurses at the practice. They seem to have no idea why they were calling me. It seems like they were just told a patient is not happy, call her. When I call back, I can never get the same nurse so whoever I spoke with had no idea why I was calling back. The cycle continued until I told them do not call me anymore. Now I keep getting notification in my email stating I have lab results or message on the AdventHealth portal. I log in, but nothing new is there. This is happening daily.

Dr. Auffant is Amazing! I had to have a Hysterectomy, I am only 34 years old, this was a very emotional and frustrating surgery, but my surgery went smoothly, and I suffered NO pain and Dr. Auffant has been super supportive with providing information about hormone replacement and being available to provide the necessary treatment to allow me to be comfortable in a very challenging time. I am super grateful!

Dr. Auffant, hands down, made my gyno appointment amazing! She really was attentive and took her time with me. Even though I had no concerns as it was an annual check-up, she still made sure everything was addressed. She's a great doctor and will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends. I couldn't ask for a better ob/gyn!

Google reviews Monroe Cruz Monroe Cruz in the last week Dr Auffant has restored my hope in OB/GYN specialists. Only yet having had one visit to establish care. I brought with me a ton of medical records that she ACTUALLY took the time to review and get a clearer understanding of my particular case. The facility was by far one of the cleanest I have experienced. I have had very Traumatic experiences dealing with OB/GYN offices, staff, and specialist. [See Google for rest of my review (:]
