unacceptable, rude
unacceptable, rude people that work in this office. I have been seeing this dr for a while now and everytome I come it's always something new with them. they charge you for not showing up after you call to reschedule your appt. not only this but we are in the united States, I would expect them to know that his staff know proper English, not broken English were I have to correct them or finish there sentence. overall the staff that works there in the front desk are rude and don't have the manner to work with people. I wonder if the doctor knows what kinds of people are working his office. remember one thing reputation is the key to continue to get clients. but with this kind of behavior the clients will look else were. I can honestly say is that just because your office is nice dosent mean your staff is too. I will address my concerns with the dr but no guarantees if anything will change. if it wasn't for us clients, his front office e staff wouldn't have a pay check.plain and simple

I've seen Dr. Miller at least 10 visits and he's an excellent cardiologist. He's one of the most thorough doctors I've ever seen in 30 plus years. He takes his time with patients and addresses all of your concerns. The only complaint is one of his office staff members has an attitude problem and can be quite rude to patients, I've seen it twice. Sometimes the wait is longer than 40 minutes but he spends more time with you than most physicians and it's time worth waiting.

Dr Miller is awesome!! However his staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to run a front desk . He needs new people or he will start losing patients over time. So sad because he is such a great Dr.

I had a heart attack back in 2004 and was first seen and treated in the emergency room at Las Palmas Medical Center by Dr. Miller. He literally saved my life that day and has been treating me ever since. I have stuck with Dr. Miller because he is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very experienced at what he does. I have noticed that he does get backed up with his patients at times, but only because he takes the extra time to thoroughly answer any questions and explain his prognosis to his patients. A quality that is lacking from many doctor's nowadays. I have rated Dr. Miller as excellent and I highly recommend him as a surviving patient, thanks to him.

A member of his staff is very unprofessional and really needs to find a different field to work in like a return item desk at a store!

I have been seeing Dr Miller for approx 10 yrs. The waiting time for appointments is not good, but the care that Dr Miller gives to you when he sees you is excellent. I believe he is thorough, very competent, and when it is your turn, he gives you his attention.

After experiencing poor customer/patient service by his unprofessional office staff, my father waited 3 hours before he was seen by Dr Miller. My father is diabetic and he was quite hungry and not feeling well. Maybe Dr. Miller needs to retire or not schedule so many patients at once. I will rate it a 1 star.
