He's very smart and values science which helps patients that have a need to understand mental conditions from biological and pharmacological approach. Unfortunately, you will repeat your life situation on a regular basis. I had to answer whether or not I was in a relationship/married or if I had any children in my home. You will lose the feeling of it being personalized after scattering repeating yourself throughout sessions . You will question if he's looking at your patient chart or making recommendations based on your past sessions with him. I described to him a recent conflict about prenatal testing with my wife and then then shortly after he asked if I had any children or was expecting one. Furthermore, we wanted to do DPT workbooks but I was never was given a program. I had to sort it out on my own. He's also often late for his sessions and makes you feel rushed towards the end. It feels like a concession stand and not personalized at all. I've had 8 months of sessions like this.

Do not see this “doctor”. He claims to offer therapy in addition to psychiatry if you have the right insurance. I spent a boat load of hours switching my referral so I could see him. Therapy consists of him talking. Constantly. If you try to talk he says he isn’t interested in your past. That’s fine. But what about present day struggles? Like, dealing with a layoff during the pandemic? Nope! You aren’t allowed to talk about it. The man is a self serving conceited “human being”. Stay far, far away.

This was a horrible experience. This "Dr." would not hear any concerns that we addressed about the medication my son was prescribed. We had to go somewhere else.

I would not suggest any human to see this man. I was prescribed a medication by him that very well may have encouraged enough suicidal thoughts that I actually made an attempt. When I was in the hospital, I tried to speak with him about how that drug could have affected me and what to do. He said he was unable to give me professional advice, and told me to make an appointment with him. Meanwhile, my therapist called me the moment I told her what was happening on a 30+ min courtesy call on a Sund
