If you were from Humacao even the GPS won't help, one way streets. Tried to get directions but front desk stopped taking my calls, they have CALL ID.After being lost 40 minutes got there and office looks like it hasn't been updated since he got in practice, 50 years back? TV but not on. Waited a while and when got in, Dr. Jerry, not that warm. Went for treatment for Alopecia and his main nurse made fun of me for bringing samples of my hair loss, saying it was depressing. Her remark was uncalled for and insulting, since my visit is probably supporting her salary, Drs wife? looked his age, 70's? I told her rather keep track than find myself bald one day. He had the same answers I had except for a prescribed steroid, which I'll try. I'm licensed health professional and was astounded that he didn't ever have gloves on nor examined my scalp but said it was due to menopause. So very disappointing as I was really hoping for medical feedback not speculation. Won't be back!
