Dr. Oakey has performed carpal tunnel surgery on both hands as well as multiple trigger finger releases. Recovery was quick and I didn't need pain meds for any of the surgeries. I have to point out the incision points on my hands to others, or they can't find them. I highly recommend Dr. Oakey!

When I called initially to get some general questions answer, the person who answered the phone was not at all helpful. Would not answer any question till I provided my insurance information. 2 calls later, spoke with the office manager who is also rude. I should have gone with my first instinct and not see dr. Oakey at all. Long story short, he was fine but my total office charges was almost $900 with my portion for almost $400. Tried to work with the billing office but no. Beware if you dare!

Dr. Oakey did a great job with my son after he dislocated his finger due to a football injury. He is very personable and his bedside manner is great; and, he explained everything to us, with alot of the conversation directed at my son who is 16, which I think is wonderful and helps to empower my son to be involved in his recovery. Overall, Dr. Oakey is fantastic, and I highly recommend him for any orthopedic-related hand issues!

Urgent need for services, so no option. Difficult to not only get prompt call back, but also difficult to get clear answers from the entire practice.

Told me my pain from a torn tendon, which has made my finger swell to 3x its size that the pain is all in my head because of my psychiatric issues (anxiety/depression - fully controlled by medication).
