Went to dr. Bistriz to have all 4 wisdom teeth taken out at the same time. He was incredible, took the time to explain everything ahead of time, answered all of my questions— even when I know I was repeating myself. I was eating that night, and nobody could believe I had surgery because I had literally NO swelling. So grateful I chose this doctor, his office staff— everyone was great from start to finish.

Had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Bistritz. Process was smooth from start to finish. Staff was nice and courteous and I was in the building for less then 30 minutes, prescriptions and all, it was so quick and easy. I've had friends say that getting wisdom teeth out is painful and hard so I was a little nervous going in. But I couldn't believe how easy it was with Dr. Bistritz. I would definitely recommend.

I had a positive experience with this office. I found the office staff to be pleasant and efficient. The instructions and diagnosis were clearly given. Dr. Bistritz was on time, explained what he felt would resolve my issue. I had a tooth extraction. I was quite nervous but the result was a positive experience. Dr. Bistritz did a good job.

This people are crooks. They're more concerned with selling you unnecessary services than they are in your dental care. The manager Karen is very rude and condescending. They made a mistake submititng claim to my insurance then demand payment from me other than working to correct THEIR mistake. This is the first time I've ever left a review like this but I wish someone would have told me to avoid these people. I would suggest finding a different practice and avoiding Dr. Bistriz. Thieves.

The absolute worst experience I could've anticipated. Dr Jerome Bistritz is a stain on the dental community. Absolutely butchered my wisdom teeth removal, and was horrible rude and apathetic to me, my parents, and my family. Everyone in the office is super nice before they get your payment, of course. I had to see THREE separate specialists after to assess and monitor the damage inflicted by Dr. Jerome Bistritz and help with the pain because he is NOT LICENSED TO PRESCRIBE! What a joke. Horrible

Dr Bistritz seems to b very efficient in what he does.He called the same night to check on me. That was nice. But when HE walked in LATE to to the surgery room,and asked how I was.I said I was very nervous and he STERNLY scolded me for being FIVE minutes late.Not smart to raise my blood pr.This is after I told the office girls I work in North Naples and it was tough to be there at that early time. if five minutes is going to put him out of business, that's a joke.He needs work on bedside manner!

I saw Dr Bistritz for removal of a broken molar. He's very efficient, but not at all compassionate. Doesn't take time to explain. He told me I had an infection , so I questioned why I wasn't being prescribed an antibiotic. He said that the infection came it with the tooth. This seemed questionable to me, a registered nurse. Three days later im bruised with a large lump in my cheek. I went to the emergency room where they prescribed an antibiotic and rinse. I couldn't recommend him to anyone.
