I had an mdlive consultation and he was the prescribed physician on the phone. For starters he had a smug personality, and acted on first instinct that I should seek medical attention elsewhere. Versus jumping into a solution, he also asked if I may have a situation that's completely out of ball park from the primary concern. He also asked if I truly have allergies to certain meds and overall I feel he values your money over your health. Very unprofessional man.

Spoke with Dr. Tozzi through Teladoc. He listened better than some doctors do in person. Great first experience with Teladoc and I hope I can request him again next time.

Spoke with Dr Tozzi over the phone through telefoc. He was professional and compassionate. Super nice guy! He was quick and professional but took time to listen to me describe my symptoms. My first experience with telefoc was a great experience!!!!!

On a visit to the ER for a severely swollen leg Dr. Tossi acted as if the patient had leprosy. He didn't check it for a pulse, listen to it for blood flow or anything. He said it may be a Bakers cyst but he never examined the back of the knee. He suggested a blood test for a clot but said it gave false positives. He asked why we waited until after hours to come in even though we told him the swelling occurred after 8pm. Nothing could be done until morning so it was a wasted visit.
