Dr Estrada did his job professionally and accurately for my pain. He does emphasize to patients that his job is to assess and treat for emergent conditions, so if there’s nothing that can be done in the ER it’s just because it is not life threatening and would benefit from a clinical office visit.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I would imagine those who have a gripe tend to be the ones that submit, whereas positive feedback goes unsaid. Though the wait was long, Dr. Estrada delivered compassionate and clinically excellent care in a tough environment. I would entrust any family member's care to him

Worst Doctor Ever
I just came from the ER where I described how my airway was blocked. The doctor laughed at me. I could tell he thought I was just a crazy person. I pushed for a CT. 45 minutes later he came back and told me everything was anatomically normal. I was alarmed because I literally couldn’t breath through my nose and I could feel the blockage. He told me it wasn’t an emergency, it was some other doctors problem and not his. I asked for a copy of the report, because I didn’t believe him. He told me no and I could get it myself from medical records. He went back outside and proceeded to discuss basketball. The nurse kindly offered to get it for me. It showed my soft pallet was blocking my entire upper airway. He told me and said oops, radiology and waved his hands in the air. But I don’t believe he ever looked at the report. Radiologists are professionals that don’t make such mistakes. This doctor is a joke and I hope Stanford Hospital does something about him before someone dies.

The most horrific experience with an emergency room doctor ever. He's crass, dismissive, name calls, refuses to give pain medication calls you a drug addict! When I see him I literally start shaking. He SHOULD NOT be a Dr!!!

Er visit
I will never go to ER in Pleasanton again because of Dr. Estrada. I took my 4 year old daughter who was having dizzy spells and black outs and with in 20 minutes of being there he just told me it was a virus without even looking at her ONCE or doing any test, lab, etc. worse bed side manners. And when I asked to talk to him for more questions he had me wait 45 minutes while he sat at his computer drinking his soda.

He was horrible. Avoid him at all costs. And when I tried to make my complaint to stanford, they tried to sweep it under the carpet with a letter. No one ever called me to discuss this man’s horrible treatment of me as a human. He called me a liar. He told me I was a waste of his time. He physically hurt me. He mocked me. He called me names. He swore at me. I have never in my life been treated so badly. And not a single person from Stanford health care to the time to reach out to me. Shame on them. Do not accept him as a doctor. Leave and go somewhere else. Simply horrible.

Horrible experience in ER with Estrada. Had severe abdominal pain and he didn’t even order any xrays or a CT. I was hospitalized next day because this dude misdiagnosed me and discharged me right away.

Horrible experience with doctor Estrada. I am law enforcement officer and I was in my uniform came to test for Covid 19 due to possible exposure. Doctor Estrada came in the room and immediately start his verbal assault about me coming to ER instead of going to a non emergency hospital. This was on 01-01-2021 at 1:30 am.:)))) I attempted to respond, but he told me “stop I am talking now.” This is the worst experience I had. He should not be allowed to practice medicine in the USA and talk to people in general!!

Terrible doctor! This is not his calling. I brought my adult son to ER in Pleasanton. He suffers from severe diabetes complications. He is extremely thin. Dr Estrada told everyone in the ER that my son is a heroin addict and only gave him fluids. I have reported his behavior to medical board and hospital board.

This was the worst experience I've had with a medical doctor. I went to the emergency room regarding my severe anxiety, and he says "Why did you come here today instead of yesterday?" After I answer the question, he immediately leaves the room muttering something inaudible, my insurance is charged, and I'm escorted out of the facility by a nurse with a packet on anxiety.

Worst emergency facility with the worst physicians. Conducts lab tests to con patients. He issued a pregnancy test for my daughter who went to an emergency with a stomach ache. She was barely 10 and he asked no questions. Later when I followed up with her pediatrician, the pediatrician was very puzzled why he issued that lab test. If conducting every meaningless test is the way he diagnosis problems, I could be a physician too. After all this he sent her home with a pain killers.
