Dr. Jeremy Dornier, MD

The second star is simply because Dr. Dornier is nice and promised to be helpful, but the MedWest center he works at is staffed by idiots so his efforts to help were squashed by miscommunication. It was unprofessional at the appointment, from the front desk staff, nurse, and phlebotomist. It is a new-ish location but it seemed like everyone’s first day working ever. Stressful as a patient. Not to mention the negligence after the appointment—I couldn’t get an important prescription or referral sent in a timely manner without calling the nurse or staff to check up every few days and even then they still hadn’t done it, with no good reason!! I only went here bc they had open appointments, but I recommend going literally anywhere else. I ended up having to get a different doctor to prescribe my medications (after they finally put a referral through and I could see someone else).

I went in with an appetite issue and was sent away with no treatment nor any recommendations for care. There was nothing that he would do to help me even with me explaining to him that I have been dealing with this problem from a very long time with no luck. Terrible bedside manner. I left feeling worst than I did when I came in. Unsympathetic and quite rude.
