Dr. Jeremy Allen, DO

Dr Allen is not only a Great Doctor but one of the Nicest people you will ever meet. He and his staff will take Great care of you and make going to the Doctor a wonderful experience. I Highly recommend him to anyone. Go there and you will see for yourself, I would give him 100 stars if I could.

Dr. Allen is very nice and spend a lot of time talking to me. I am very pleased with my visit. The staff and nurse are all very nice and helpful.

Dr. Allen has been helping me for years! From getting the treatments and medications right. I feel heard, supported, seen. After thinking I had MS or Parkinson’s we finally discovered it was a spinal cord injury which I was immediately sent to neurology and then just recently had a spinal fusion surgery.Thank you Dr. Allen for never being one of those Dr.’s who medically gaslight their patients and for always being part of the solution and dedicated to the wellness and wholeness of your patients and community. I appreciate you!And Highly Recommend you!

Dr Allen is ALWAYS willing to stop and listen to ALL of your issues big or small. And is always kind to my husband and I. Not every Dr. will do that. He also has the best staff always helpful!

Took my teen and Dr Allen was excellent with him. Talked to him over an hour on the first visit. And he actually talked to HIM instead of addressing me. At 17 this is what you want. This is the first doctor that my kid has not minded going back to. He listened to his concerns and addressed them. I am planning to change our whole family there. Great doctor!!

Doctor Allen is the best. I have followed him from Hwy 280, Pell City and now Pelham. Won’t use another Doctor! He deserves 20 Stars! . Highly recommend him

I went in for a specific issue and left with that unresolved. Dr Allen focused all his attention on to something that was not even bothering me. I also felt rushed during my appointment.

Quite unsatisfied with Dr Allen. Went for a serious concern and he ran labs. The lab results were posted to my chart portal. Never received the first call from Dr Allen to go over anything. He posted notes in the portal that appeared automated saying everything was good. That would be okay if all of the labs had actually been processed . A urinalysis can’t be fine when the lab labeled it as insufficient specimen so test not done. Glad we went to another Dr because come to find out bladder cancer was the final diagnosis. Had we taken Dr Allen’s notes to heart six months from now we would be in trouble. Nice guy but protocols severely lacking sadly.

Dr. Allen, Jowell and the entire team are amazing. First time setting up a consistent primary care physician and already felt like I've known them my entire life. Beautiful office and facility with a lab on-site. From arrival to leaving (sign in, paperwork, visit, lab, etc) I was treated with the highest level of patient service.

I was treated by Dr Jeremy Allen recently and was given the correct diagnosis within 10 minutes of my visit. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is great at explaining and treatment options. I was feeling better the day after my visit and feel like I’m on the road to recovery.

I've been seeing Doc Allen for over 5 yrs now. And in my 62 yrs I've seen a lot of different doctors. I trust Doc Allen to shoot straight with me. No disappointments so far...nor do I expect any. He's now at Northside Medical in Pell City, AL and worth my drive.

I’ve seen Dr. Allen a couple times at AFC Urgent Care, Greystone, in Birmingham Alabama. He has such a GREAT bedside manner! He’s very easy to talk to & has a wide range of knowledge.
