Awful repetitious experiences with this provider, pre-pandemic whom it’s difficult to get an appointment with but do see a PA or nurse if needed. Repeatedly putting in incorrect notes with excuses instead of just apologizing straight out which would be kindly appreciated. Is genuine when she finally does speak with you. Since labs are needed often and other medical equipment this office does not provide this so it makes it difficult for me to go to this office then the hospital and wait for a response. Staff is great getting back to you. Hopefully it will get better.

I did post too soon on this provider when we met two years ago as over these years she is not available, speak to Physician Assistants instead, put incorrect harmful notes in my chart which I called her office to correct and her manager apologizes for her instead of the Doctor herself. She calls on virtual visits without knowing what she is calling about on and on. I do realize do to the pandemic providers are overwhelmed but when it is affecting ones health it’s not good. It’s not my intention to hurt her but to provide feedback as this needs to be corrected as I truly believe she will strive to take a hard look at these mistakes and does not intentionally mean to impede my health.

Dr. Cremone is never available for her patients. I have been a patient of hers for years and have consistently seen physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners instead of her. She suggests unnecessary tests that aren’t covered by insurance and had me come in for a physical one week before it would have been covered by insurance. She has lost samples. She doesn’t pay attention to her patients outside of the short appointment that is scheduled. I would not recommend her to anyone.

If i could give a BIG ZERO..0 I would. cremone took over a week to call back for test results and ended up wrong diagnosis.she told me i have rare cancer..and not so..have had many problems with getting wrong prescription refills ..bad blood testing where i have to come back and redo blood tests..never get a letter for test results..I had disagreement with another dr and she is revenging on me giving hard time getting prescriptions filled..getting no call backs.JUST WORST doctor I HAVE EVER HAD!

I followed Dr. Cremone from Weymouth to W. Roxbury. She is an exceptional doctor. She listens, does not hurry you along and has always been extremely thorough. I would follow her again if need be. I highly recommend her. She has even returned my telephone calls at 8:00 p.m. to put my mind at ease. I wouldn't change from her unless one of us moved out of state!
