The Everett Clinic
All I can say is that The Everett clinic doesn't back up their patients. I had the most horrible experience with Dr Yoon. my life will never be the same again. The lack of care and not acknowledging the poor care I received. There are no words for what I went through.

Argumentative and unsympathetic
Telehealth
I did not find this urologist helpful or interested in my concerns during an initial conference. He was argumentative, unsupportive, not forthcoming with helpful suggestions or advice. Showed no curiosity in exploring treatment options. Did not ask questions, only responded to questions I posed. Scheduling an appointment was slow.

Saw him a few years ago. He comes across this, very unprofessional, and very uncaring. He is also extremely egotistical, in the very worst of ways. I did not care for his style of treatment. I believe I've had negative long-term effects because of it. I highly recommend that you do not, repeat, do not, set an appointment with him. Wish there was a different rating system where he could get negative stars.

Worst Medical Practioner!
Yoon is the most unprofessional doctor in my 80+ years of living and being a patient. His ability, interest, and capability to communicate is non existent. I endured 3 weeks of intense pain before he finally ordered some tests... and then he seemed surprised that something was wrong. He prescribed ineffective medicine and dismissed any concerns that I repeatedly offered. The urology staff was also very unresponsive and eventually said that I should go to the walk-in clinic. I would not recommend Yoon or this department to anyone seeking medical help.

Referred to Dr. Yoon with suspicion of blood in urine. He requested I have a Renal Mass Protocol CT Scan. Results posted in my chart same day by the radiology department. Never received a call from Dr. explaining results. After 2 weeks I initiated the call to get explanation, was told a message would be sent to the clinical team and someone will call back. Still waiting.

disinterested, dismissive, patronizing
Brought 95 year old father in for evaluation. He's been on catheter for over a year since a hospital visit added to his care. He'd never been examined or evaluated by urologist. Hospitalist found an issue to be looked into. Had to insist Dr. Yoon for physical exam. He would have just patted us on the head and sent us on our way. He had no real answers to our questions. His main answer was "Well, he is 95" - so it's ok he is in pain? It's ok not to know any details about his physical conditions - because he's going to die soon anyway? That's the impression that answer gives. A previous extremly painful, difficult cath. change resulted in quite a bit of bleeding and leakage & 3 subsequent visits to ER to deal with "undetermined" infection (not UTI). When asked if there could have been a poke, or tear during that difficult insertion-answer was no, "bleeding/leakage can happen"(hadn't for year) So, where did the blood come from if not disturbed tissue? Dr had zero interest finding why.

Dr Yoon was insensitive to my health situation. He did not show interest and his office called me a week before my second appointment to cancel it.
