Referral
3 page referral had the Referral at the top of the page crossed out. No Authorization Number provided. Upon asking a staff member that the referral wasn’t accepted by my Gastroenterologist, she said that it was a medical order??? My last appointment was rushed by Dr. Fagundez. She won’t be my PCP any more.

Dr Fagundez is an exceptionally God physician. Knowledgeable, caring, and professional. My only problem with her is that she practices at Doctors Plus, which is a clinic. So, I could not get referrals for my own specialists not affiliated to the clinic. But, other than that this lady doctor is one of the best physicians I have ever had. Period.
