Best Doctor I've had in LA.
She is very thorough and takes the time to listen to your issues. She is sincerely caring and concerned about your health. Orders all the appropriate tests and follows up. If you try to skip something she will remind you to go. I truly felt like I was getting the best care within the limits of the Kaiser system.

I have left 2 messages for her to call me back. Still no call and it's going on 2 weeks. Doctors at Kaiser are supposed to call back between 24-48 hours. This is incredibly unprofessional. I will be changing doctors.

Does not care about patient complaints or concerns. Very dismissive. Treats everyone like they are trying to get something. Wouldn't give answers to questions. The worst doctor I've ever seen.

Upon visiting Dr. Yang, I was not feeling well. She saw me and checked me and said it wasn't that serious. I advised her that I would like antibiotics for my sore throat, since it was painful and I was coughing. She said if I had a college degree and asked what I did for a living! Unbelievable. I do not like her manners at all. I will not come back to see her. I can't believe she even practiced this long. Wow!

I didn't hear about my test results for more than 2 weeks. I emailed her, which I think prompted her phone call to me. She informed me over the phone that I'll have a lifelong condition -- not a single kind word. She was just very technical and was more informative about the tests rather than what I need to do moving forward. I didn't feel reassured I had a strong care team who will act in my best interest. I'll be requesting a change in providers.

I've been with Dr. Yang for many of years. She is caring and always looking out for me and my health. I would recommend her to everyone and also her staff is just wonderful.
