She prescribed a detailed blood test for me which helps so much. Checks on your health and medication regularly. Makes appointments on her own regularly. The team that works with her is very kind, friendly, and best in their job. Pleasant atmosphere. I recommend her 100%

Worse experience I've ever had!

Dr. Liu can patiently listen to the patient's complaint about the condition, then patiently explain how to treat, and give a detailed explanation of the prescribed medicines. Finally, she prints the condition, medicines and matters needing attention on paper, so that the patient can have clear at a glance.

Great Doctor, she helped me with my issues and also ensured I was safe in the end.

I do not recommend this Dr. Liu . Very unethical. More interested in your money than your health. Not honest.

I was sick with cold, had fever and sever cough, and called the office to make an app, they said; Dr. Jenny Liu will call you and describe a medication, I waited 3 days for her call, and trying to reach out her. after I called the office over seven times. finally the online service paged her, not even the office. after she talk to me , she forgot to send the medicine. I called the office again. they said they sent the medicine, I went and called the pharmacy five times, but nothing. Doctor was too busy to call me back or send me a medicine. finally got my medicine after 4 days. i stayed sick with just cold for 10 days. never recommend her.

Jenny is not a good doctor. If you are asking her for imaging for a concerned finding that has been persisting for more than 2 weeks, she will NOT help you to find out your diagnosis even if you are willing to pay for it out of your own pocket. She is an uncaring person and I DO NOT RECOMMEND seeing her unless you have no medical issues at all.

Terrible covid protocols. I caught covid from there i know it. I never go anywhere but was sick after an appointment here.

My wife and I have been with Dr. Liu for several years and have found her to be most responsive and thorough in her practice. She also has a great staff on hand. Highly recommended.

Last two weeks I visited Dr. Jenny Liu's office two times. I appreciated her patient and her comprehensive medical knowledge. She explained my symptoms very well, provided me a very good medical care. She is very kind and very thoughtful. Her office staffs are very cooperative too. Overall, I was very satisfied. I have been her patient for more than ten years. Although I relocated to a town where is far from her office, I still come back to visit her. She is the best doctor I have met.
