Never a long wait. I love the staff and Dr. Turner. Dr. Turner takes time to listen. Highly recommend her.

The office staff was helpful and kind. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr Turner spent a long time listening to me, asking questions and planning my care. I would highly recommend her.

Very poor communication. Waste of time and effort. I’ve had to send numerous messages and was contacted only after filing a complaint with the patient advocates office.

Referred to Dr Jennifer Turner , Endocrinologist for hypothyroidism . She listened to parts of my medical history but seemed very irritated because I voiced the “theory” that I thought I was having a reaction to levothyroxine ?! Dr Turner ordered tirosent ( took as she directed ) Called to speak with her to say I seemed to have reacted to this med. too. Could hear this doctor relaying info to the person who was taking the message . Dr Turner would not talk with me or return call as requested. She had telephone person tell me to see an allergist or go back to my PCP. Dr Turner was informed in my medical hx that I had been evaluated by an allergist , dermatologist, & PCP . If I was not having/demonstrating , problems /symptoms of reaction to levothyroxine I would not have waited months to be evaluated by an Endocrinologist.The least she could have done was refer me to another endocrinologist who would have been a better problem solver for this medical condition I am experiencing.
