Dr. Jennifer Turkish, MD

I've been going to Dr. Turkish for several years now and between the Dr. and her staff, it has always been professional, honest and I'm always well informed when I leave. I recommended her to several friends.

Staff were very polite and attentive. Dr is thorough.

In February, I had an urgent appt with her to address symptoms that hadn’t gone away in a few weeks (my primary provider was out). her med student evaluated me and said that i should definitely get some testing done but when Turkish came in she completely ignored them, didn’t listen to me, offered no advice, and told me to come back in a month knowing i’d been feeling these (DEBILITATING) symptoms for quite some time. Fahmy was able to pinpoint the issue immediately but by that time, the infection had passed. For the past YEAR i’ve been dealing with new symptoms constantly popping up and i strongly feel if she didn’t have me WAIT A WHOLE MONTH that i wouldn’t be running from specialist to specialist to determine where all of this is coming from. either consider Sandra Fahmy (she’s fantastic) or save yourself the trouble, she clearly doesn’t care

Caring friendly doc

Have never had a problem with anything about this office. They even called me once to re-schedule because test results had not been reported. Never waited more than 10 minutes, never rushed. Highly recommend

HORRIBLE!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They’re so unprofessional. The secretaries have kept me on hold for 15-20 minutes then Hang up. They once kept me on hold then shut off their phones because they left for the day. After 3 weeks I’m still waiting to see a physical therapist because the staff has yet to send over paper work. Just horrible. I rather drive a hour to go see another dr then to ever go here again.

Over an hr wait. Front desk doesn't come off friendly or helpful. Needed a change in antibiotic they still haven't called it in.... Seems like they're not on top of things and the patient seem to not matter. That was my first impression. I won't be going back!

Terrible staff and she thinks you're one of her employees. I am a working mom and there are times I am running late to an appointment. She gets extremely upset over it which makes no sense. When I am on time it's a 15-30 minute wait anyway for a 10 minute visit. It's very demeaning and she allows this to get in the way of her craft which is to heal people. Dr Turkish needs to realize the community doesn't work for you it's tge other way around.
