Unresponsive to Telephone Calls and Message Board
I called the office to refill a prescription. A week went by and no return call. I posted to the message board. Days went by no answer. I called and spoke with someone three days later. No call back. I was promised a call back by 4pm. 4:07pm I called again. In the meantime I finished my high blood pressure medicine three days ago and I have a splitting headache.

Finding a new doctor.
In my opinion, Dr. Galarza has more patients than she can adequately care for. After almost a year of dissapoonting service, I am changing doctors. The right hand doesnt seem to know what the left hand is doing. When I cant get through to my doctor, that is a problem for me. When I have a blood test taken in her office and no one can find the results, that is a problem for me. When people dont respond to messages left at the patient portal, that is a problem for me. I would not recommend this doctor.

Super visit. As a new patient, she was thorough, efficient & responsive. She listened to my concerns & answered questions thoroughly. The staff at Advent Health was easy to work with, especially the receptionist.
