I had one month to do tests for my problem prior to leaving the country. Dr. Thulin and her staff couldn’t be more accommodative and sensitive, they went above and beyond giving me cancelled appointment, scheduling tests and procedures, explaining diagnose and suggesting treatments.

The only good thing about this practice is one particularly nice staff member. The other staff members are rude. This could be due to Dr. Thulin screaming at them to make sure they Bill my insurance for everything. Talked to her about my issues and instead of trying to help me, she wanted to prove I couldn't be in as much pain as I claimed. Had me waiting over two hours for an appointment, she continued to call her receptionist saying she would be late with not even an apology.

Very difficult to reach, office is open when no dr or np is in, which frustrates things very much. Dr Thulin has an assistant come in with her for exams, without asking if it is ok with the patient- not acceptable. Environment could stand to be cleaner- carpeted floors and obvious water damage in many of the pictures make for an uncomfortable experience. Staff need more training on politeness. Dr Agne (np) is wonderful- the only reason anyone should go here is her.
