Amazing, knowledgeable, kind andcaring.
I never thought to have to deal with the cancer, but I would have not asked for a better doctor. I know she has so many patients but when she is in visit with me, it feels like the clock has stopped and she is focus on me and my care. She is positive, reassuring and yet realistic. She is kind and all the time kind to find a way to check on me as patient, and as human with all my family issues. Always attentive and always so caring, soft spoken. I do feel better after her visits. Further more, I feel safe in her care, and I count Dr. Specht as my blessing in this cancer journey.

Dr. Specht gave me hope with a new treatment option. My other doctors only came up with a treatment that I didn't have much confidence in. Those other doctors agreed this new treatment is a better option for me and were disappointed with themselves for not thinking of it.

She has been my doctor since 2013. I can say this with 100% certainty that she saved my life. If not for her, I would have never known about my rare genetic mutation which drastically changed the course of treatment and screenings. Thank you Dr. Specht!

I have been seeing Dr Specht for just over a year for MBC. She is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She adjusts her style to meet my needs, but giving me data with options so we can jointly make a decision in my care. She is my 3rd oncologist in this journey and by far the best I've had yet! I would recommend her to anyone with MBC.
