Came in because I had been sick for two weeks. She said to me 'just don't be sick and stop coughing.' That was her advice. She offered nothing else and when I asked for more, she said I insulted her and that she had been doing this for 30 years so she knows more than me. She then walked out and said I can leave. I went to the receptionist and asked for a phone number I could call to report this unprofessional behavior, and she runs around the corner, and in front of the entire office, says my age and that I 'need to figure it out.' So condescending, so unprofessional. It was quite unbelievable. You could tell her receptionists have been through this before as they rushed to give me a number and kept their head down. She needs to be evaluated as she is clearly unstable. Do not go to her. Read her google reviews as well. This isn't the first time she behaved like this and won't be the last. 'Just don't be sick.' Such unbelievable advice from someone who is supposed to help you.

It’s too early for you to hate me
Dr. Jen Snyder came highly recommended. I was excited! She scowled at me. “Why are you here?” She was so rude and mean! I was thinking “do I look like someone you hate?” She said “would you actually do anything if I told you to?” I started chuckling cuz I felt there was a hidden camera and I was on a prank tv show. Her behavior was so over the top rude and belittling! The strangest doctor appointment I had ever experienced. I am so glad to know I am not the only one who experienced this. Evidently she loves you or hates you at first glance. The fact she is in a position of authority makes this scary for the patients she “hates”.

doctor Jen Snyder lacks empathy, kindness and professionalism especially for young women. Snyder discriminated against my age, criticized my symptoms, and harassed me during my appointment and after in my file. Highly disgusted in the neglectful service.

Very rude and uncaring
My first visit went wonderful and I left feeling very heard and excited. My second visit was the opposite. I came in for knee pain and tried to ask a question about another issue while I was there, and she scolded me over not booking the correct appt. She told me that this is why her appts ran behind because 'people like me' don't book the correct appt. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I emailed in asking for a referral and was told I couldn't be given one without an appt. I scheduled myself an appt online 3 months later (soonest available) then received a phone call from the office questioning my appt purpose and then telling me the Dr would no longer be in that day and I needed to reschedule. I decided to cancel the appt as I haven't felt cared for since the first appt which I would assume is a tactic, so patients choose to stay in her care even if after she no longer shows the same compassion.

Rude and arrogant
I was in search for a new pcp and she was recommended. Right off the bat she was judgmental about my medical conditions and my current medications as if I was making them up. I think I had too many medical issues for her liking and I would be too much work for her. I told her I have specialists for my serious conditions. I just needed a pcp. I have never been treated so badly by healthcare “professional”. Her staff wasn’t even that nice. I have nothing good to say about this practice.

I would absolutely not recommend this doctor to anyone. She is rude and arrogant. She recently called me two weeks after bloodwork, with a recommendation to decrease a medication 50%. I should’ve been called within 48 hours. When I told her I wanted to switch to an Internal Medicine physician, she laughed at me. When I said I wasn’t returning to her, she became snippy and said, “Good luck finding someone who’ll listen to you,” and quickly ended the call. I called the patient advocacy office to see if I had an appropriate complaint, and was told there were several quality-of-care issues that would be investigated.
