Dr. Jennifer Segura, MD

I am a 60 y/o male who suffers from Chronic Depression and Gender Dysphoria. I was referred by my personal Physician to Jennifer a few years ago for a Medication consultation. I had at the time been seeing a counselor for my treatment. After getting on track with the medication (which takes some time) I found that I was very comfortable in speaking with Jennifer. She is very attentive, open-minded and calm. She is a professional MD but seems like a close friend, not a "Doctor". Her depth of experience and knowledge base astounds me, I feel that I am in excellent hands. My combination of concerns are uncommon for most therapists to know how to treat and work with, it is a Specialty requiring more than just general Family counseling knowledge. It is reassuring to know that I have the privilege of working with someone of her caliber in getting the Expert treatment that I desire.
