She takes the time to listen she doesn't rush you and she's very sweet. When i have a question through the patient portal her or her nurse answer them right away.

Had seen Dr. Riley as my "primary" for years however almost impossible to get in with her. When I did get to see her she always geared visits to what she wanted to discuss vs. my concerns/issues. After continuously telling her I was having pain in my neck and insisting on a CT I came to find out my Lymph node is enlarged (from CDI) but yet never received a call on test results from the clinic. I had to call multiple times asking for someone to call me back about the results never to actually get a call back. Finally 6 months later I scheduled a follow up where she insisted to tell me I never called and the results are not concerning to her. My husband who is a doctor instructed me to obtain a referral to a specialist as that is his medical opinion as the growth continues as well as transfer my care. I never got an apology from her and in that visit she continued to redirect to the fact that I needed to be re-tested for A.D.D. something that had never been an issue for her until then.
