Kept canceling post op apportionments
She has canceled my post op appointments 3 out of 3 times for a variety of reasons which has significantly extended my recovery time. No explanation for why, if telehealth is sufficient, and without giving instructions about post op care in lieu of the canceled visits. I would NOT recommend her as a doctor to anyone.

Charged for Services Never Performed
I have spent months calling the doctors clinic as well as Banner Health to dispute the services they charged and it’s still unresolved. The doctor billed me for two services that were never performed. I had a consultation visit, she prescribed skin cream without ever touching my feet and then I was billed $278 for two erroneous services. After multiple phone calls and inquiries, the clinic and the doctor refuse to correct this mis-coding and their mistake. After multiple contacts, they still have not resolved this outstanding billing issue.

I waited for 70 minutes in her treatment room at Banner North innTucson for our scheduled appointment, but she never showed up. None of the nurses, technicians, or clerks knew where she was. So I left. Very disappointing.

Dr. Pappalardo truly cares about her patient and she takes her time to explain things in a very simplistic way about my foot concern. She is compassionate and caring and I feel very comfortable talking to her. She discussed about conservative treatment and I was comfortable with it. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
