Dr. Jennifer Nguyen, MD

In 2020, I had my medical procedure done; she informed me thoroughly and was respectful of my concerns.

I use to go to Dr. Nguyen for my well woman appointments a few years ago. After they lost my mammogram records I stopped going. I had benign fibroadenoma and should have had a follow up. Every time I would go it was very rushed as if she was overwhelmed and trying to keep her composure during the clinic day. Interviewing patients while you’re scraping my cervix is so unprofessional to me. I am a nurse practitioner and understand the busy clinic days however, I tend to take the time necessary with my patients no matter how busy we are during the clinic day. Questions are allowed but you will be rushed for sure. If the clinics are this rushed they need to have order and maybe a cap number they see during the day or something. Well woman appointment were fine and I was pretty low maintenance but my Ob care for my first baby I had to find a new OB. I wish Dr. Nguyen the best.

When I was pregnant, I was a 20 year old college student, and would come alone often times to the appointments, where I would wait for long periods of time to be seen. I had to be induced, due to me being a week overdue. This doctor had no regard for me up until my 13th hour of labor. I’ll never forget how nasty her bed side manner was, the moment she entered the room (my first time seeing her the whole labor). She took one look at me, and told the nurses prep me for an emergency c-section. (Not even looking at me in the eyes). I asked what was going on? I was so confused, because I thought I was doing okay. She then looked at me and stated “ DO YOU WANT YOUR BABY TO DIE?” I immediately excused her from her duties as my OB, and got the doctor at the hospital, who was kind, and took the time to explain what was going on with me, to deliver my baby. I recommend staying clear from her! She does not deserve to share a moment like this with you or your baby.

Waiting time was two hours and appointment only 5 minutes. Visit for nothing. No help, no advise. Very disappointed.

Dr. Nguyen is the most amazing doctor that anyone can ask for. I have been with her for 13 years. She delivered all 8 of my children. Dr. Nguyen has literally been at my every beck and call, and that speaks volumes for a doctor because most doctors aren't that supportive. She is so patient with me and all my requests, and I'm not the easiest patient to deal with especially since I'm a Registered Nurse. I wouldn't trust my care to anyone else. I even choose my insurance according to the plans that she accepts. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone not just for pregnant women, but anyone that has gynecologic needs. If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! Thank you Dr. Nguyen for the loving care that you provide there should be more doctors like you!!!!!

It was my first pregnancy, and she was referred to me after I was told I was a high risk patient. The first day I met her she did not tell me anything, she was not cordial, personable, and told me that I could lose my baby if I didn't get to the hospital ASAP! She performed a cerclage on me that day, I had to start weekly injections, and continually told me that me and my baby could die. My specialist said I should not have had a cerclage, nor the weekly injections. After several ER visits due to issues with my cerclage, I went into premature labor (barely 31 weeks). I walked into a hospital near my specialist and they called him over to get my background info and delivered my baby. I told them I didn't have a doctor and needed a new one. After a month of NICU, she came home healthy. Save yourself the stress! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR!

Dr. Nguyen delivered my twins in 2013. I love her! She’s my GN. I referred a friend to her and she loves her! She is in a hurry but when u talk to her she always asks is there any questions! She came to the hospital to deliver my twins.i lover her

I will never go there again she is not good anymore. I will change my doctor and I recommended my friend this doctor but I will tell her don’t go there wasting money and wasting time

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. WHEN YOU CALL, THEY IMMEDIATELY PUT YOU ON HOLD WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. DR NGUYEN DELIEVERS BABIES BUT SHE WILL NOT LET YOU BRING YOUR KIDS TO HER OFFICE WHICH IS QUITE IRONIC.SHE IS ALWAYS IN A HURRY AND RUSHES THROUGH THE APPOINTMENT LEAVING NO ROOM FOR QUESTIONS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER OBGYN. OH YEAH AND IF YOU HAPPEN INTO LABOR AND GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL, DO NOT EXPECT HER TO SHOW UP THERE TO DELIEVER YOUR BABY.

My experience with this "Dr.Nguyen" was a total nightmare,in August of 2015,this dr.butchered me,she operated on me removing a fibroid/ hysterectomy,the next day she while examine me she quietly says that she had given me a "mini tummy tuck"A procedure that I didn't give my consent to,unfortunately two weeks later It was discovered that stitches internally popped apart causing me to contact staph (sepsis) leaving me permanently disfigured.Dr.Nguyen was MIA during this entire proceedure.

Worst experience with a og-gyn. NEVER again.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff show great compassion and knowledge when providing care to their patients. The convenience of having a lab and ultrasound services in her office saves a great deal of time. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen.

I had a major surgery yesterday (hysterectomy) and I must say she took care of me along with the hospital and everything turned out great for me.

After my doctor was fired (Dr. Caldwell) who was horrible also Jennifer and Kimberly basically seen me after they acted like they never wanted to touch me staff was very rude all the time jen. Stop my labor 3 times sent me home never prescribed anything for the pain, struggling to breath , fluid build up and constant itching until i bled weight gain from 175 to 289 etc. Gave me attitude because i refused to do a medical procedure that can harm my child and cause mental retardation . My water bro

My daughter had the most horrible experience with her delivery Nguyen did not explain what was going on to a first time mother. She is rude and had no compassion. My daughter almost died after her delivery. When the hospital called Nguyen she acted like it was a waste of her time. Nguyen doesn't deserve the title DR anymore. She took a oath ! You need you license permanently taken away. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN THE MEDICAL FEILD!!! Please DO NOT chose this place. If I could rate a zero I would.

This doctor should be your last choice. She is very impersonal and fake. Wants to get you out of the room fast. Her staff is unfriendly and lacking warmth and smiles. Typical meat-processor kind of doctor. Doesn't remember you either after many visits.

My daughter almost died during child birth! If you have her as a doctor LEAVE !! She takes forever to check on her patience during labor, rude, and HORRIBLE. LEAVE THIS DOCTOR NOW FOR YOU AND YOU BABY SAKE! MY DAUGHTER DELIVERY WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!++

The staff is doesn't have enough training to be working over there. Terrible service. They don't know what they are doing. Doctor isn't that bad, but she doesn't have much time to talk to you and answer all your questions. She's always rushing. People that found her good probably didn't have to deal with anything serious. save your money and time by going to another doctor.

Never! Office Staff need to brush up on Customer Service and Communication. Arrived 30 minutes Early for new patient paperwork, put in a very cold room for 45 minutes -NEVER coming in to inform reason for delay or expected wait time. One staff - looked like a teenager; when asked to speak with Clinic Manager, was told Dr. Nguyen was at the Hospital, and the nurse was not aware of it!!!! Seriously? Patients need to be told, in order to make arrangements/Especially if you have to work.

She is ALWAYS in a rush and shows a lack of care for her patients.
