After having testing done ordered by my husbands primary we were never given results. After numerous calls we got an appt with cardiology. As we were getting ready to go they called and said they wanted to do a phone call visit instead. Dr Nesfeder rambled on about the results of his testing talking over us and not answering any questions. Advising my husband to double his cholesterol meds and then in 2 weeks triple it. Never followed up never put in orders for blood tests. After doubling his meds he was feeling ill and after several calls no one ever called back. Something told me we needed to get real care. I called Dr Ellis with commonwealth and they got us right in. After looking at his tests he wanted a cath done immediately. My husband had 90% blockage in his main artery and 80% in the left. 3 stints were put in then and there. Dr Ellis said my husband would have most likely died of a massive heart attack. Thank God I didn’t listen to Dr Nesfeder or rely on Geisinger. Worthless.

Great staff, doctor explained everything well. Treated family very well after procedure.

My husband had to have a stent put in due to a 90% blockage in his heart in December 2022. That was just over a year ago and has NOT had a follow up appointment with her since then! A few days before his follow up appointment he was notified by text message that she has to cancel. I didn't think much of it but he just got another text with a message just saying his appointment has been canceled again. This is the THIRD time it has happened now!!! Nobody reaches out to reschedule. It is up to us to call & we get a really far out appointment. He went to his family Dr. and the family Dr. said he will contact her office & try to get him in with her sooner but at this point I have no trust in her and I'm getting him a more reliable Dr. that won't continually cancel. This is not professional and certainly not what you want from your heart Dr.

Had a cardiac cath she said I needed a stent I was trying to ask questions and she was so rude and kept saying we can pause and don’t have to go any further. I just wanted to ask questions. I never said I didn’t want the procedure or that I would t take the meds, just simply trying to get more info. She made me feel awful for asking. Would not recommend her.
