No compassion
Has zero understanding of what not being able to afford ER trips, let alone the current pandemic client. Very snarky responses and absolutely no because manner.

I asked her to explain her medical reasoning behind her diagnosis. She directed me to customer service. I asked if I could get a second opinion since she is refusing to explain herself. She said that all clinicians operated under the same guidelines. I didn't ask about guidelines, I asked about her diagnosis. She directed me to customer service again. I told her, "Customer service didn't go to med school." She disconnected the conversation.
