Dr. Jennifer Moreira, MD

Very happy to have a new go to gynecologist. I went for my annual exam as a new patient and I was so surprised with the amount of time she gave me. She listened to my issues and has started me on medication for my issues. She’s amazing!

I came in to receive my results from a DNC and a camera scope. The nurse told me I had to have an internal exam. I requested not to at that visit. I just wanted to have my results explained to me. But I complied and undressed. When Dr Moreira entered the exam room, I explained my wish not to have an internal exam. She told that it wasn’t necessary as long as I wasn’t having any symptoms. She proceeded to launch into a very quick explanation of what she’d found. I asked her to slow down and to write down what she’d discovered. I then explained that I had just found out that my 47 year old daughter had breast cancer. She asked about whether my daughter had had genetic testing and whether I would want it. I replied that I did not. My daughter was pursuing it with her MD. She pressed the fact that genetic testing would be good for me to pursue because if I had the markers I could make the decision to have a mastectomy. Unbelievable! We were there to talk about my uterus.

Do not trust this practice. I went in to have a lump in my breast looked at and they told me it was nothing. I separately had annual mammogram and it turned out to be phase two breast cancer and spread to my lymph nodes. Now I have to undergo several rounds of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. So much for early detection from a practice I trusted.

I don't trust this doctor's decisions. I went with another doctor that felt better for my baby and I. The office was rude and rushed. She didn't bother to see me for over 2 hours during the three appointments I had with her. I found her inappropriate in how she talked with me.

This office found high blood pressure when there wasn't one and the staff and doctor were rude and condescending. I don't trust her to make a good decision for my pregnancy and am seeking care elsewhere.

She didn't attend the delivery of the baby or placenta or do much of the stitching at the induction she ordered - odd how if it's such a high risk pregnancy (finally diagnosed by another doctor) that she can't bother to be at the high risk birth and post partum care. She told nurses to "start the pitocin" and then neither her nor the nurses ever checked me for progression (cervical checks) or came in to "sweep the membranes" - as promised. As a result, my baby was born with me partially standing up before I could lay down and I had the baby entirely by myself with no help from nurses or doctors (no doctors in the room). My baby was not born breathing and had difficulty maintaining temperature - the baby also had meconium. She never bothered to check me after delivery and this resulted in a post partum hemorrhage. She lied in my medical records and claimed to run tests she never ran that I am not trying to straighten out. I wish this ob was honest and cared about our health.

Dr. Moreira is so personable and takes the time to go over everything with you. She is a wonderful OB and I would recommend her to anyone!

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Moreira is very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and attentive. She listened to my concerns and addressed them in a professional manner and did not seem rushed or eager to move onto her next patient. We discussed my options and she gave me all of her attention. I was very pleased with our discussion and I felt like she had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. The atmosphere at the office is lovely. The surroundings are elegant yet there is a sense of warmth in the office.

Today I met Dr. Moreira for the first time. It was so reefreshing to spend time with a doctor who listens, speaks and is available. Thank you for the time spent. I am a fan from the start!

My experience with Dr. Moreira was horrible. I was seen for several sessions and then sent for a D and C. At that time an EKG was done that was abnormal. She did not mention this to me either before or after my surgery. This eventually was a problem when I was scheduled for further surgery and I was unaware that I had a cardiac condition. Would not go back and would not trust her judgement.

Dr. Moreira was incredibly sweet and easy to work with. I liked her a lot. I do not live in the states but was in town and needed a last minute check up on a Friday after 1pm and you know how difficult it can be to get a last minute appointment. She was willing to see me, even though she had other patients in labor and was super nice. There was no rush or anything. I was impressed with her professionalism, kindness, and wish she was my PCP.

Dr.Moreira was awesome. She helped me navigate through my 2 difficult pregnancies.

Had a terrible experience with this practice with the service I received, after complications with my IUD. I was told by the office on the phone to go to the ER, then I was told when I had the follow up office visit that" the ER is for heart attacks and emergencies" by Dr Moreira. I repeated many times your office instructed me to go to the ER. I was furious and shaking. I currently am a student and have insurance through the state. NO ONE deserves this treatment regardless of insurance.

Dr. Moreira is a great OB/GYN, she delivered my baby through c-section with no problems or any complications, very loving and carrying person, i am very glad to be her patient, hopefully she will deliver my baby # 2 in the future.

Very friendly, delicate and answers all your questions and worries. Takes her time, no rush. Had an emergency C-section and I couldn't ask for better doctor to do it than dr Moreira!

Dr. Moreira did my laparoscopic cyst removal surgery. She has very nice , carrying personality. She explained clearly everything for my situation. Since then I choose her to be my gyne Dr.

The WORST experience ever. Wait time in emergency situation is 3+ hours! The stuff is unfriendly...especially front desk lady and ultra sound tech.
