After struggling to conceive, we sought help at SGF Cary, where we had the privilege of working with Dr. Mersereau for our IVF treatment. She was always available to answer our questions, provide reassurance, and ensure that we understood each stage of the treatment. Dr. Mersereau is amazing! I unfortunately lost my fallopian tubes to hydrosalpinx and IVF was the only option for my husband and I to conceive. The process was difficult (of course), but I am convinced it was as painless as possible and we were very lucky our first embryo stuck. She was always extremely helpful, compassionate, and followed all of our wishes. Our little one was born just over a week ago and we couldn’t be happier!

Everyone in the office is so kind. Dr. Mersereau is compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. I’m very grateful for this office!

Starting fertility treatments can be a scary and overwhelming process during a trying time. Dr. M and her team were so wonderful. I felt cared for, heard, and optimistic about our future. Dr. M explained all of the steps clearly, and not only listened while I asked a million questions, but took the time to talk through each one to make sure I felt comfortable. The entire team was so friendly, they responded to my messages on the portal very quickly, and I felt like they really cared about us and made the entire process much more pleasant.

Dr. Mersereau was wonderful to work with! She has a detailed initial appointment with us and after our first round of tests she went through every possible treatment and issue. She was always very transparent about percentages as far as likelihood of pregnancy and she was forthcoming with the costs. I felt she advised both me and my husband well. She was EXTREMELY communicative via the patient portal, and answered all of my questions. She didn't beat around the bush when it came to hard topics which I appreciated, but she was sensitive to any of my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend her, and the UNC Fertility clinic to anyone! We plan to return to her for future transfers!

She was on time to attend to me.she was,nice,accommodating,friendly.

Dr. Mersereau was never forthcoming about our treatment. She made a very poor decision that may have cost me my chance to become a mother. Made a gross judgement without consulting us as the patients. Very poor bedside manner and she always seems EXTREMELY scatterbrained.

She was never available and when she was she didn't seem interested in listening to her patients
