Dr. Jennifer McDonald, DO

Dr. McDonald is knowledgeable, listens to symptoms, and has an excellent bedside manner. She and her staff are friendly and available to answer questions when needed. I highly recommend her!

Dr. McDonald did not prescribe me magnesium while laboring with pre-eclampsia. I then had eclampsia and had a seizure which led to an emergency c-section. I am now struggling with secondary infertility because of a ismothcele from a c-section scar. I also broke my back during the seizure and had a year recovery from that.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at St. Luke's Hospital, specifically in relation to my scheduled appointment with Dr. Jennifer McDonald. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff at Dr. McDonald's office.My scheduled appointment was at 3:45 pm, and I arrived promptly at 3:44 pm. To my astonishment, the clerk at the front desk informed me that I was 30 minutes late and subsequently canceled my appointment. I wish to draw your attention to several issues that have compounded my frustration and led me to submit this formal complaint.Lack of Communication: Nowhere in the lead-up to my appointment was I informed of the requirement to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork completion. I went to many doctors trying to get help with my problem, I was referred to her by a mutual patient, made an appointment with Dr. McDonald & she was phenomenal, she helped me in way I can't even put into words. She that great!

Dr Jennifer McDonald is the truth! After 4 Doctors, she was the only Doctor that resolved my Chronic Vulvar Pain issue. She literally saved my life. She’s my Doctor for life.

Dr. McDonald is an amazing OBGYN. I have gone to her for years (most recently for my first pregnancy), and she is thorough and reassuring. I also appreciate that she will give you her honest opinion regarding best practices and answers to questions--I tended to worry about everything, and she was always able to put my mind at ease with clinical support and medical data for her opinions. She has an excellent bedside manner, and her staff is awesome.
