Jennifer is the rudest and most uncaring female physician at Madison Wisconsin VA hospital. I needed crisis help and she blatantly refused to even consider adjusting discussing medication or taking any action. Instead she walked out. Mid sentence, left the room. She followed this up by writing a note in my chart in which she did not record any symptom or complaint at all. Instead she charted that I had been instructed to wait for an appt and no crisis services were needed! It is not an easy task for veterans to ask for help- there is no reason for her immature and superior attitude. It is truly terrifying to know that she is the only option for crisis care at VA Madison. I hope my complaint on her license will result in her getting some retraining before she turns away another veteran in crisis. I don’t deserve to be treated rudely and disrespectfully by her. No one does. If you are a vet- refuse to see Jennifer McDonald at Madison VA.
