She rushed through my visit, did not listen to me, told me to stop using lavender oil, and gave me an incorrect diagnosis.

Ive been seeing Dr. Martin for 4 years now. Their green hills office is very busy and at my last visit my appointment was 30 minutes late. Dr. Martin sincerely apologized for the wait and during my appointment she gave me her full attention and went out of her way to answer all my questions. This is a busy practice but the wait is worth the quality of a Dr who is thorough, caring, and empathetic.

Run away from this burn and churn dermatology practice. All they care about is money. The nurses are all miserable and stand around while the doctor parades in and out for a 2 minute visit. I cannot rate Doctor quality because they don't spend any time with you. Run away from the future of healthcare that is on display here. I tried to talk to the office manager, who is the mom of the owners and was treated with disrespect and hung up on. Ridiculous.
