Dr Malossi was very professional but caring. She was a good listener and she validated what my concerns were. Dr. Malossi also will follow up how I am doing in 2 months. Most doctors don’t do this. Very impressed and grateful I had an opportunity to see this doctor.

Dr. Malossi seems to have no interest in her post-op care, at least that was the case with my father. My father was rushed to the ER 3 times within 5 days after she performed a procedure. She never once returned phone calls while we were desperately seeking her assistance. We are now post-op day 9 and we are yet to hear from her. My father still has a catheter inserted and is far from out of the woods. I have heard others who have had the same experience with her. My recommendation is to stay clear.

After multiple years of not seeing a urologist I was referred to her. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past and was assured she was good. After multiple visits due to a recent problem she said “she other patients to see (because I had reoccurring problem) and that it was all in my head”. Requested referral to another Dr. in another group and it’s still not done. The only positive was her nurse Shannon who was very caring and patient.

I was talked into a turp and the surgery was very painful. I had pain from day one. The pain continued and all I received was "I can't help you" very disappointing!!!!! I couldn't hardly urinate and the pain was Honorable!!! I tried to get a second opinion in the Cox group and they told me they couldn't help me!!! Hang together boys!! I didn't get what I paid for!!!! I was in pain for 2 years!! I finely got my Primary Care Dr to see if anyone else would see me. MU hospital said come on!! The Dr that saw me and did a scope said no problem we can fix this!! The surgery was a breeze! They treated me like gold!! Took out two stones as big as nickels and many more! Did two turps. One to fix what was messed up and one more to clear out my prostrate!! I'm urinating better than I ever have!!! Dr keeps tabs on me!! Now I have to pay for another surgery that never should have happened!!!!!! Can't sue her because the laws handcuff everything. VERY Disappointing!!!! Broke now but they don't care.

I wish I would have found her sooner! I'm a 30 year old paraplegic and after struggling for 15 years with bladder spasms and leakage. Dr. Malossi has helped me tremendously with my bladder control. And reduce infections from self-cathing.

Took my grandma to see her and was extremely disappointed. She was very rushed, would not listen, kept cutting my grandma off in the middle of a sentence to try to finish the sentences for her instead of letting her talk and left without even asking if we had any questions. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We had been anticipating this appointment for almost a month and came from out of town all for a rushed two minute visit that didn’t get us anywhere. On a positive note-The nurse was super sweet

I was diagnosed with bladder cancer early last year (2018) and feel very very fortunate to have Dr. Malossi as my physician. I didn't know what to think, but she put me at ease with her knowledge and confidence. Since the surgery, so far so good, and she always lets me know what to expect in the future. I feel that she really cares about each patient as a person, is highly motivated to excel, and has definitely earned my trust!

"Excellence" in action! "Thanks you" Dr. Malossi for your professionalism and complete dedication to your trade! Not to mention your very funny dry sense of humor! (got the full moon...) Hopefully I'll never have to visit you on these terms again but, if I should have to I know without a shadow of a doubt you will know what to do and how to do it! "Top Shelf" here "Folks" !!! T.R. My experience was quite sad. I went into her office 2 times hopeful, ready to recieve insight and treatment. Both times I left with alot of dissapointment & little resolution. In fact her "insights" were shared with my other doctors and they felt her conclusions as to my condition, were way off. I hope she learns it is ok to admit she doesn't have an answer & it is cruel to make a patient suffer just to preserve your pride. I interpreted her "bedside manner" as patronizing....but what do I know.

My experience with Dr. Malossi was a wonderful one. I had been dealing with my Hydrocele for a little over a year and a half. The main reason was my anxiety about having surgery. The day I had my appointment, she turned to me and stated, "I have next Wednesday available for surgery, does that work for y0u?" If she had not been so direct and ready to schedule the surgery, I may have put it off longer. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Thanks Dr. Malossi!!

Dr. Malossi is a very caring physician. When I first saw her she had read my medical history and was very understanding about my fears of having another type of cancer. I am sad to know that she has left the area. I'm not sure I will have as much trust in my new doctor as I have had in her.

Dr. Malossi has great bed side manners. She took care of my catheter and when having troubles with my prostate enlarged she was very professional and caring. I hope she never ups and leaves the area because I would mist her. I feel very comfortable when I am around her.
