Condescending and literally laughs at Patients
It’s such a bummer she’s part of practice with 3 other wonderful doctors. I avoid her at all costs. She describes herself as conservative when it comes to medication which i was already uncomfortable with but she also dismissed your concerns. Seems to completely lack empathy no matter what you’re going through and once I actually heard her laughing at me with another nurse. I would avoid her and go to any of the other doctors at this practice.

Arrogant and Condescending
My appointment with her was probably one of the worst - if not the worst - interaction I've ever had with a health provider. She was condescending and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain the reason for my visit. She flatly refused to even just have a conversation about hormone replacement therapy, cutting me off with the 'advice' to stop believing TV commercials (I don't even watch TV). Her message to me was basically that it's in my head and that I should get on with it. Stay away!

The worst appointment Ive ever had with a Doctor.
If I could give a zero-star review, I would. The service was completely unprofessional, insensitive, pushy, and lacking empathy towards my issue. It could not have been worse.

Awful bedside manner
I saw Dr. Jagoe for a couple years around 2018-2020. The negative reviews here are spot on and I wish I read them before! My experience actually started off good with me feeling heard. The wait times were bad, but I was desperate for help. After a year of honestly trying a med she prescribed, I expressed a very serious concern regarding the medication and she blew me off completely, telling me it was all in my head. On a separate occasion, I was in for a procedure. Without any clinical evidence or results, she gave me a grim diagnosis right on the spot and then proceeded to talk to me about my situation once I had left the procedure room and in front of another patient. I was so embarrassed and terrified at the same time. After 2 weeks of anxiously waiting for the results, she called in a nonchalant tone to tell me everything was fine. She’s not a kind or considerate doctor at all.

Discomforting.
I want to start by stating that I have no issue with a doctor who disagrees or has opposing thoughts to other practitioners (or my own), and that I respect Dr. Jagoe’s unique viewpoint and expertise as a medical provider. That being said, Dr. Jagoe’s attitude is rude and condescending. From the moment she opened the door, she made backhanded and irrelevant/unwarranted comments about my clothing. Her tone and manner of speaking is incredibly patronizing — borderline shaming. At one point we ended up on a topic unrelated to the reason for my visit, and the conversation led by Dr. Jagoe felt more like an interrogation with undertones of shame and judgement. I have seen a variety of OBGYNs throughout my life for various reasons and procedures. None have ever made me feel as uncomfortable and belittled as Dr. Jagoe did. I cannot in good conscience recommend this provider to anyone.

Definitely recommend Dr. Jagoe
I can't thank my OB/GYN doctor enough for her exceptional care. Her warmth, attentiveness, and approachability make her an incredible physician to work with. Her unwavering support and genuine concern have been a constant source of comfort for me. Having her lead the team during the delivery of both my babies via C-section filled me with a strong sense of security. I'm truly grateful for her expertise and compassion.

My experience with Dr Jagoe was outstanding!!!She is compassionate and understanding. I think people leaving reviews here confuse honesty with rudeness. I work with Dr's, and I can assure you, Dr Jagoe is amazing...caring but straight forward. That is why we go to a Dr.Dr Jagoe personally called me after my appointments to make sure I was feeling ok and if I had any problems. I do not know of any other Dr that does that, unless you have issues. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I strongly recommend Dr Jagoe for your OBGYN concerns.

Terrible
Dr. Jagoe is condescending and rude. During my appointment I was repeating what she said to make sure I understood and she responded "I just said that". I also tried to ask questions about COVID during delivery and she later said I took her on a roundabout discussion. She also doesn't mask up, if that is something folks are worried about. I'm a patient of Dr. Gottlieb - who is great (so is Dr. Mishra). I would not recommend Jagoe.

I met Dr. Jagoe through the doctor rotations at Rockville OBGYN, where she is one of four doctors. During my pregnancy, I only had about three visits with her, and each time she made me feel comfortable in the progress of my pregnancy and was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. She took the time to listen and provide feedback, I never felt rushed. My c-section delivery was originally scheduled with one of the other doctors, but my daughter decided to arrive 3 weeks early, and Dr. Jagoe was on call. She visited with me before the delivery, answering any last-minute questions. In the delivery room, she helped keep me calm as they prepared the surgery, and visited me while I was recovering. She followed up throughout the first weeks of my recovery and was very thoughtful in all her communication. She's made herself available to answer questions when needed. Dr. Jagoe is a professional and a fabulous doctor!

This is the rudest dr I have ever had the unfortunates to meet not only did she talk down to me she tried to tell me that because I have depression (which btw is mild not even too serious) I shouldn’t have another child since I already have one I can’t even believe she’s a doctor I am currently pregnant and I pray I don’t have to be stuck with her for birth

Dr. Jagoe is cold, condescending and insensitive. When her advice was that it was not necessary to go to the hospital or urgent care, I was in so much pain that I went to the hospital anyway and thank God I did. Be forewarned, she is awful. I had the misfortune of getting sick when Dr. Jagoe was on call. I am Dr. Gottlieb's patient but I will be leaving the practice, although Dr. Gottlieb is an excellent physician, who genuinely CARES about her patients. Dr. Mishra is also an excellent doctor. It's a shame that Dr. Jagoe is part of this practice. I can't take the chance that I may need help when she's on call at some point in the future. Whatever happened to, "do no harm"? Find another profession Dr. Jagoe. You are most unkind.

After a rough first trimester and a 5 wk long wait for my appt., my 17 wk pregnant self went into Dr. Jagoes office with a bunch of questions, a few concerns regarding some symptoms and a hope to get an ultrasound! First of all, she dismisses my questions and concerns by suggesting I was simply a “worrier”. Second, after learning I wasn’t getting an ultrasound, surprised I explained to her that on my last pregnancy I had frequent ultrasounds expecting her to kindly explain her clinic procedures, she answered by saying: “If by telling me this you are lobbying for an ultrasound, you’re not getting one. Unless you want to pay 700-800$ for one somewhere else or you could pay ME that!” This upset and offended me. After trying to uselessly solve this misunderstanding, she rushes me out by saying she’s got other patients that’ll get upset if they’re kept waiting. I left and cried with disappointment, with disbelief, with anger. How can a respectable doctor treat a pregnant patient like this?

If I could give 0 stars for Dr. Jagoe, I would. I have had 2 appointments with her thus far in my pregnancy, and after the first terrible experience I had with her, I tried my best to avoid making future appointments with her, but because I have to get to know all the doctors at the practice, I made a second appointment with her recently. In both of my appointments with her, she was over half an hour late, but the worst part about her is her rude, condescending attitude. She tends to talk down to me a lot, is extremely rude and condescending, lacks empathy and understanding, doesn’t ever seem to be able to answer the questions I have, and rushes through the appointments even though I was the one that waited over 30 minutes to see her. She is not a warm person at all and I literally dread seeing her. I hope her attitude improves, but I don’t expect her to change. She is one of the worst and most unpleasant doctors I’ve had to deal with and do NOT recommend her!

Somewhat condescending and seemed appalled at the fact that I would ask for birth control - which I had to explain why I wanted it and even then it seemed like she didn't want to give it. She didn't have a friendly persona while doing an exam, before, during or after. Staff are all young adults more interested in chit chatting than working.

I never knew about this website before, otherwise I would have rated Dr. Jagoe since the first time I saw her. Every appointment with her has been great. She is the best OB/GYN that I have ever seen and my mother sees her, too. Dr. Jagoe takes her time with her patients, she cares about her patients’ wellbeing as well as her patients’ family members’. I went through 2 births with her and if I ever decided to have another child, I would try to see Dr. Jagoe again. 100% recommended!

First let me say if I could do a 0 review I would. I saw Dr.Jagoe yesterday and left crying. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I never have been treated the way I was when I saw her. It was horrible she has no emotions. This is my first time using BWMC.... I am really considering going back to where I usually deliver and eat the out of pocket cost for my care, providing my pregnancy will be viable.
