Felt Dismiessed
I felt dismissed so much. Being told I'm overweight only based on BMI. I have 25 percent body fat and the rest is muscle. BMI is outdated. She pushed medicine on me now I have severe pain daily. I didn't have 8 out of 10 pain until she pushed meds on me. She kept trying to push more and more meds rather than finding the cause, not the symptoms. She isn't professional. Calling me 'woman' and 'girl' also half the time I felt rushed. Even when I had a tele visit it was like less than 10 min long. Also she is so hard to understand and speaks really fast. I have sensory issues so it's hard for me

I had a virtual appointment with this doctor. I have never left a review before but felt obligated to warn others. The appointment was 11 minutes and needless to say nothing helpful was provided. When I called the office to say it was a waste of time and money for an 11-minute unhelpful phone call they continued to state that they had to charge me like a regular visit.

Won’t go back
Both times I’ve seen her she acted annoyed at my presence. This last time I saw her for a visible issue and asked for a treatment or a referral and she wouldn’t give it to me and said to just use over the counter medicine and it’s nothing even though I was in pain. Next day had to pay out of pocket for specialist because she wouldn’t give me a referral and the specialist said never to go back to her. ER doctor ended up having to treat and said the same thing, all were completely confused how she didn’t see the need for care. I won’t return and would caution against.

Took my mom to establish care with Dr Lee, she was very professional and caring, and thorough. The staff there was also very nice and professional. My mom is elderly with a lot of limitations and they were very kind to her.
