Dr Jacobs explains everything well and is kind, caring, warm and has many ideas to help heal dry eyes. I appreciate Dr Jacob’s’ care that helps healing my dry eyes and thoroughly examining my Posterior Vitreous Detachments, explaining with a model of the eyeball about the gel behind the retina. The drops and treatments she provided and recommended helps my eyes.

I've been seeing Dr. Jacobs for chronic eye issues over the last couple of years or so. My eye issues have been challenging to say the least, but Dr. Jacobs has been great at 'thinking outside the box' to try and help me, and always answers my questions and explains the 'why' the condition and/or diagnosis might be occurring and/or ways to remedy it. Also, Dr. Jacobs herself has called me personally when necessary to work with me on explaining and/or prescribing the medication or treatment regimens for my ongoing eye issues.

Dr Jacobs always takes time to do a great job with exams, tests, explaining and doesn’t talk down to u. She is a great dr.

Dr. Jacobs is knowledgeable, takes time with the patient to answer all questions, and has a great personality. I’m glad I found her.

The front desk staff members were also doing a great job with paper work for the patients.

Follow up visit. I was prescribed a new medicine for dry eye but it sprays in the nostrils.

I have been to see Dr. Jacob's twice in the last 8 weeks and have had nothing but great treatmen both times. She and her staff are very professional and make you feel they care about you. GREAT doctor and staff!

Always professional and knowledgeable. I have been a patient 10+years. I travel from Maryland to see her. I have no problem traveling the distance because I know I'll receive quality care. The staff is also professional and welcoming.

The only complaint is do not be in a rush. When Dr. Jacobs is with with you all of her attention is on you. She answers all your questions and explains what is going on in a way you understand. The staff is also very nice.

From reception through exam and checking out is a pleasant experience at Dominion Eye Care. I trust Dr Jennifer Jacobs explicitly when it comes to taking care of my eyes .

I was happy that my husband was seen by Dr. Jacobs. She explains to him his eyes condition in a very easy way to understand, the progression, and treatments available. She was very frank and honest, not rushing. Excellent bedside manners.

I have several eye issues Dr. Jacobs is treating presently. She is one of the most thorough drs I have known. She has my 100% trust in her judgement, character as a dr and as a person. I went to two other drs in her clinic until I finally found her. One of the drs SHOULD retirement immediately and the other, I will NEVER again be treated like this dr treated me again. Both two drs obviously either sleep through or skipped "Doctor Bedside Manners." You will LOVE Dr Jacobs as a dr and a patient.
