I’ve been one of her many patients for a long time. She is knowledgeable, willing to take the time to explain to her patients what the problem/s may be in layman’s language instead of medical terms. She is personable & conveys to her patients that she cares. I’m so grateful to have finally found a GREAT doctor!

Dr. Jennifer Ito is an excellent doctor! I can't praise her enough for prioritizing her patient's needs, as well as being an active listener and professional. She does her best to listen and develop a good relationship with her patients. Her staff are also very attentive and responds to messages ASAP. She has been my PCP for over 16 years

Dr. Ito has been my PCP for over 10 years. She’s the best! She’s very concerned about my well-being & listens to my concerns. I feel like she really knows me, plus she has referred me to great specialists when I needed one. Thank you, Dr. Ito for your care!

i used to love this dr but i had noticed in the last couple of years...she doesn't follow through.. .she's great when you see her and empathetic but when you email her she doesn't answer questions fully or at all poor follow through disappointing and i'll have to find another doctor now she's lost my trust

Wonderful doctor!!
She cares about your visit and what you have to say.
If you see her for something serious, she will send you an email to check up on you.
She will also try her best to assist you on weekends and after hours, even when she herself has had a long day at work and/or trying to bond with her family on weekends.
You are awesome Dr. Ito. I have refereed her to all my coworkers and friends.

I’ve had Dr. Ito as my PCP for >5 years. She is an amazing diagnostician.
I appreciate being able to get in the same day if I am sick. She is also empathetic, which is hard to find.

Dr. Ito is everything a family doctor should be. She took her time with me, and made me feel like I was her only concern. She asked questions and listened to me. Dr. Ito is very knowledgeable on a broad array of medical wisdom, but she does not come across as arrogant. She listens and makes her recommendations based on my needs and health goals. Dr. Ito left me feeling confident that I was in good hands, that I had found my own personal doctor.

I am blessed to have been referred to her by a friend. She is the best doctor I have had in my life and I don't know if she is able to take more patients...but if you can get in, you will be blessed as well. She cares and explains everything thoroughly. I just wish I came to her long ago.
