Uninformed
Dr Holman repeatedly showed up to my baby’s room with false information. I’m not sure what the aversion is to reading my child’s chart before giving me advice. Seems very unprofessional, but that’s typical of Atrium Wake Forest.

Wasn't Happy
Dr. Holman seemed to have very little interest in addressing our concerns, often rushing through conversations and failing to provide clear, detailed answers. It was extremely difficult to get an explanation of our baby’s condition or what treatment plan was being followed. We often felt like we were interrupting or bothering the doctor whenever we had questions, which left us feeling helpless and ignored during such a vulnerable time.

I recently had the experience of being under the care of Dr. Holman for my newborn’s treatment, and while I appreciate their enthusiasm and modern approach, I did have some reservations about their age and experience level. Dr. Holman seems very knowledgeable, and their demeanor is friendly, which made my family feel comfortable during our visits. However, as a parent navigating the often stressful and emotional world of neonatal care, I found myself yearning for a more seasoned doctor with years of practical experience. In certain situations, I felt that the explanations and decision-making were not as thorough as I would have hoped. I understand that younger doctors bring new perspectives and may be more up-to-date with current research, but the level of practical experience.Dr. Holman certainly has potential, and I believe with time, they will grow into a more confident and skilled professional.
