She is most caring. Thanks to her I got encouraged to breast feed my son. She understood I didn’t have enough money to circumcise my son at the hospital and for 300$ she did it at her office back in the days. My son had a perfect cut!!!! He is healthy and happy to be in this world. Do not doubt to be this wonderful lady’s patient!

Dr Harper is well informed and patiently explained all facets of my medical issues. Her explanations are clear and concise, she has a warm compassionate manner with a patient. She is an excellent medical professional.

I have been dealing with a miscarriage for over a month now. She prescribed me the pills to help me pass my baby, and I was told to follow up with bloodwork every week to make sure my HCG levels drop. Not only did I express at my bloodwork appointment that I feel horrible, headache, dizzy, not eating, exhausted, and all around feeling ill, there was no bloodwork to check for infection. It has been over a week with me calling daily asking for someone to go over the results with me and she still has not reviewed my results. To this day, over a month later since I was told I am miscarrying, I feel extremely ill and have been heavily bleeding this entire time. Experiencing a miscarriage is hard enough as it is, But with a doctor that has no regard for your personal safety, and has no compassion for ailing mothers, it has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this doctor, or Premier Health Care in Zephyrhills to anyone that wants to be heard or helped.

Dr. Harper is an excellent Physician. She is calm, patient and intelligent. I would highly recommend her!!

She is the most patient and informative OB doctors I have ever encountered. She takers her time with you and when your in labor, she will stay there just about the entire time. She’s wonderful. Completely recommend her if you want someone very knowledgeable and caring and wanting the best experience you could ever dream of having as long as its safe for you and your baby.

She took her time to explain my diagnosis and provided me with various options for treatment.

I had 3 cm pelvis bone fractures at my birth. She didn't treat me right. I went to her office I was told my insurance doesn't cover her visit. She broke my pelvis bone and didn't even see me.
