Dr. Jennifer Gilbert was completely unprofessional. When I questioned her diagnosis, she became so emotional, perhaps even angry, that her voice began to crack and her body began to shake. She also assured me that I could just call in the next day and get a prescription if he was feeling worse and that I would not have to bring him back in to the office. However, when I did call the next day to have the prescription called in, I was told that she put it in her notes specifically not to do that a

Dr. Gilbert told us that our sons 3 day long fever of 102.5 just needs to be waited out, even though our family doctor said he had an ear infection and to go to an instacare if it got worse. So after paying a ton of money to see her and waiting over an hour with a kid with a high fever, she told us our 7 month old should just get over it. "Yes he looks really sick, but he's just fine." I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.
